• All orders are fulfilled on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

• Payment is made at the time of delivery.

• Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled to avoid delivery issues.

Order Delivery Time

• Orders will be delivered in 2–4 business days

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across the UAE. No additional delivery charges apply.

Courier & Fulfillment

NOURIVUE works with trusted third-party logistics partners. Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partner’s warehouse.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

• Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.

• Orders refused without valid reason or failed due to customer unavailability may be cancelled, and future COD orders may be restricted.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.
